I live in Los Angeles, CA but I'm from a suburb of Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX: Bedford.
I like art & un-art (which was Allan Kaprow's thing).
I sometimes wonder about what happens to refuse/mistakes when perfection takes over.
I think about how perfect you've become.
Then I walk around for a little bit and make/don't make some stuff.
I like people.
I like building things with other people.
It doesn't matter if you think it's art or not art, just as long as I/you/we am/are/were doing something.
I remember some lyrics from a song by Bob Dylan...
"Half of the people can be part right all of the time.
Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all of the people can’t be all right all of the time.
I think Abraham Lincoln said that.
'I’ll let you be in my dreams if I can be in yours.'
I said that."
And I think that's kind of nice.
